This is a joke, right?

_This_ is the confirmation I get for something I sent out 9 months ago on March 8, 2008 – my cancellation of my account on ProInet (later known as O. & K. Webhotel).

A little background information:

I had proinet as webhost for some time, working well and all, but then it got too big and they overcrowded their servers hugely.

The result? When the company didn’t invest in new servers, technical or support staff, the servers quality and uptime degraded fast, and the last death push came when it was hacked and all passwords were leaked out on the Internet.

After this, getting any kind of contact by email, telephone, mail och chat was impossible – a “radio silence” that lasted, well, 9 months, rendering huge downtimes and the lovely domain satf.net being squatted.

I don’t even have the energy to rant about this any longer.

Worst. Company. Ever.
